This is a collection of roughly mixed hip hop instrumentals in need of MCs. If you're interested in rapping over any of these, just download and submit your version to me through email at tencentbeats@gmail.com. I will choose my favorites (probably cut it down to around ~10 tracks) and release it as a FREE collaborative mixtape this fall. The purpose of this is to make good music and promote the artists involved, not to make money. I will credit everyone who contributes and link to their websites.

Many of these need to be further mixed, and unfortunately I've lost some of my older files, but any beat with "DEMO" in the title (most of them) can be re-arranged/mixed however you'd like.

FOR CONTRIBUTORS:

Please send me an untouched .wav file of just your vocals. If you'd like to mix it yourself you can send me your mix in addition to the vocals, but I need that raw .wav file as well! This is so I can fix any mixing issues in the beat and make sure the vocals sound consistent across the whole tape.

You are welcome to use any beat for your own project as well, just make sure you credit me.
